BRIEF
The client
IJsfontein develops playful tools that motivate people to keep on learning, training, and changing for the better.

They were approached by Lasciva, who gives training and coaching in DevOps methodology. This methodology combines software development (Dev) with operations (Ops) with the goal of facilitating communication between teams so that they may build, test, and deliver software more rapidly and efficiently.

The main stakeholders’ intent is to help the DevOps community with a toolkit (consisting of several games) that facilitates communication between these departments.

The initial focus will be on an analog game. However, it could be extended with digital components.
